SERI says unlawful occupation is not a crisis, but a concern

The Social Economic Rights Institute of South Africa says unlawful occupation is not a crisis, but is a matter of serious concern.

This as efforts increase around the country to evict undocumented immigrants from buildings and houses which they reportedly hijacked.
