Gardee family reactions to Madlanga acknowledgement

The Mandlanga Commission has acknowledged receipt of submissions by the family of EFF Deputy President Goldrich Gardee, regarding the murder of their daughter, Hillary Gardee. Gardee was killed in April 2022. Philemon Lukhele is currently being tried for the murder. Legal representatives of the Gardee family submitted written request to summon witnesses over alleged interference by police in investigations into Gardee's murder. The submission followed remarks by suspended Mpumalanga Provincial Police Commissioner, Lt. Gen Daphney Manamela. The Gardee family's spokesperson Collen Sesibe joins us for the family's reaction.
