Kelebogile Marope wins 2026 FNB Art Prize

FNB Art Joburg has announced Kelebogile Marope as the winner of the 2026 FNB Art Prize.
She is the first artist from Botswana to receive the award in its 16th year.

The prize comes with more than recognition.

Marope receives a cash award and, crucially, a solo exhibition at the Johannesburg Art Gallery in 2027, home to the continent's largest art collection.
