Speaking with FRANCE 24's Sharon Gaffney, John Gradek, faculty lecturer in Aviation Management and Supply Chain Management at McGill University, says that the shortage of aviation fuel will affect "short haul flights within Europe first" and advises that "if anybody's got reservations, be prepared for plan B or plan C".
