As the world races toward carbon neutrality, ‘green hydrogen’ is emerging as one of the most promising clean energy solutions.
In this episode, we explore how green hydrogen is produced using renewable energy, the differences between gray, blue, and green hydrogen, and why hydrogen is considered an essential ‘energy carrier’ for the future.
We also visit the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology (KRICT) to discover Korea's latest advances in green hydrogen, including LOHC (Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier) and ammonia-based hydrogen transportation technologies, and explore their potential to power a carbon-free future.
