Building scaffolding collapses in Hong Kong as storms from Typhoon Noul lash southern China

Scaffolding on a high-rise building under construction collapsed in Hong Kong on Saturday (Jul 25) as Typhoon Noul barrelled towards southern China, including Guangdong province. No injuries have been reported. A passer-by in Hong Kong was also seen being struck by a loose metal gate but did not require ambulance services.

Noul, the 12th typhoon of the year, is forecast to make landfall between Hong Kong and Lufeng in Guangdong between late Saturday and Sunday morning. #china #chinanews #typhoon
