Brown Mogotsi denied bail

North West businessman Brown Mogotsi has been denied bail by the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Thursday morning.

Mogotsi was arrested last month on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, defeating the ends of justice and perjury for allegedly staging a hit on his life in Vosloorus, East Rand last month.
