Outcry over asbestos contamination at Mafefe in Limpopo

Residents of Mafefe, outside Jane Furse in Limpopo have lived with the health risks of asbestos contamination for decades.
The area is among those in the country where asbestos was mined.
The mines have been abandoned and still not fully rehabilitated.
The death of a person from an asbestos-related illness has renewed concerns about the long-term health impact of the contamination.
