* Former Hawks national head Lieutant General Godfrey Lebeya is due back at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria this morning, where he is expected to come under further scrutiny on the November 2021 theft of a 541-kilogram cocaine consignment, from a Hawks storage facility in Port Shepstone in KwaZulu-Natal.

* President Cyril Ramaphosa's legal review challenging the Section 89 Phala Phala panel report will be heard in the Western Cape High Court. The report found that there was strong evidence that Ramaphosa may have violated his oath of office regarding the theft of 580-thousand dollars in cash from his farm.

* A police official who is a witness is set to continue being cross-examined in the trial of Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala and four others in the High Court in Johannesburg. Crime scene investigator, sergeant Thabiso Mohole has been called to testify and explain the role he played on the day accused number one, Musa Kekana was arrested.

* A house in Nepal's flood-ravaged Trishuli valley, is grabbing international headlines by defying the odds. Dubbed the 'Green miracle house', it stands largely intact, after surviving last week's devastating mudslide that damaged buildings around it.
