Falsehoods again. Blame Climate change? Ask what caused the construction in Tibet? Invaded and no one can visit. China was building dams, bases and disturbed geographical land affecting soil and water. It's easy to blame a dummy lackey. Climate change is common all through centuries but not constructions.
