Joe Sibanyoni | Extortion and money laundering case postponed to next month

The case against businessman Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni and co-accused, has been postponed to the 20th of September.

Sibanyoni, Daniel Masilela, Philemon Msiza and Bafana Sindane have appeared in the Delmas Magistrate's Court in Mpumalanga.

They face charges of extortion and money laundering.

Their defence accuses the state of deliberately failing to provide them with the final charge sheet.
