He started caring for his brother at seven. Now he has to learn to live without him

Mr Suresh Vanaz Purushothaman started caring for his younger brother Gunaseelan, who had cerebral palsy, when he was just seven. When their mother died in 2009, Mr Suresh became his brother’s main caregiver.
