Good news for Team South Africa ahead of the World Athletics Relay Championships in Botswana.

4X100 metres captain, Akani Simbine, is available for the event.

The 32-year-old pulled up in the 100 metre final at the Simbine Classic in Pretoria on Tuesday, but it was only precautionary.
