KESSHA chair disputes claims of full capitation disbursement to secondary schools

The chairperson of the Kenya Secondary School Heads Association (KESSHA), Willy Kuria, has disputed claims that the government has already disbursed full capitation funds for all secondary school students this term. He stated that instead of the expected twenty-two thousand shillings per student, the government has only released fourteen thousand shillings for each learner this academic year.
