Couple faces 35 charges of fraud, money-laundering and corruption

The bail hearing of Tshwane Metro Police officer Peter 'Gagash' Nonyane and his attorney wife, Charlotte Tibana, is expected to resume in the Polokwane magistrate's court in Limpopo. The couple faces 35 charges of fraud, money-laundering and corruption. They are accused of defrauding five deceased estate accounts of more than four-million rand.
