Madlanga Commission | Subpoena against Feroz Khan still in force

The public hearings into allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption continue at the Madlanga Commission today. Meanwhile, the Commission's spokesperson, Jeremy Michaels, says the subpoena issued against suspended Crime Intelligence Deputy Head, Major-General Feroz Khan, remains in effect until the commission rules otherwise.
