*ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa has promised that under-performing party representatives will definitely be removed from their positions.
He delivered the party's election Manifesto at Diepsloot, North of Johannesburg this afternoon.

*Two more people have been arrested in connection with alleged fraud, theft and tampering with essential infrastructure at the Emfuleni Local Municipality.
This brings to seven, the number of suspects arrested by the Gauteng Political Killings Task Team since Friday.

*The family of the slain two time world champion boxer, Zolani "Lastborn" Tete, has welcomed the progress made in the investigation into his murder after two men of interest were taken in for questioning.

*Police have seized 100 firearms and ammunition from a security company in Soweto, for contravening the Firearms Control Act.
Police saY the company's PSiRA accreditation had recently been suspended, but it failed to dispose of the firearms as required.
