Legal application to stop Chemutai’s burial formally dropped

Kevin Mwige Kimwatu, the estranged husband to the late former KCB bank Head of Data Protection Rosemary Chemutai Kimwatu, has withdrawn a case in which he sought to stop her interment over allegations of being excluded from the funeral arrangements. In a strange turn of events, Kimwatu through his lawyers told the court that he has also departed from his earlier sentiments that he would seek the exhumation of Chemutai’s body who was buried on Friday despite an existing court order barring the same.
