In his speech to Congress and at a state dinner afterward, King Charles made subtle jabs at U.S. President Donald Trump by affirming the importance of NATO, calling for environmental protection and challenging the notion of unlimited executive power by citing the Magna Carta, says Scott Lucas of University College Dublin.
