The ABC’s South Asia correspondent Rachel Clayton and camera operator Haidarr Jones were interviewing flood survivors in Nepal when locals shouted that the river was rising again.
Rachel and Haidarr joined a crowd of people running for higher ground. It appears to have been a false alarm.
“No one’s taking chances here,” Rachel says. “No one wants to go through … what they went through last week again.”
