US, Iran agree to 'immediate, permanent' end to military operations

There has been a diplomatic breakthrough in the Middle East that could lay the groundwork for ending months of conflict. The US and Iran have agreed to an MOU that would stop fighting on several fronts and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
