Uganda is mourning King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rikidi IV, the monarch of the historic Tooro Kingdom.

He became king at the age of three, making him the world's youngest reigning monarch, and spent nearly three decades growing into a cultural leader with causes that reached far beyond his kingdom.
