Jordaan and Zungu vie for the SAFA presidency

The South African Football Association has announced the final list of candidates for its Elective Congress.

The Governance Committee confirmed that incumbent President Dr Danny Jordaan and Sandile Zungu are verified as compliant candidates for President.

The Committee also confirmed nominees for the National Executive, Provincial structures and Special Members.

The election comes amid scrutiny over governance, the Bafana Bafana coaching situation, and the association's appearance before Parliament this week.
