Reporting from outside a military base in the northern Nepali town of Bidur, which is serving as the main rescue hub, FRANCE 24's Shahzaib Wallah says heavy rains in recent days have increased river water levels in northern Nepal, triggering fears of another flood. "The population in northern Nepal is living under constant fear," he explains.
