Nepal floods: Rising rivers and barrier lake hamper rescue efforts

Nepal is warning of rising river levels as rescue teams search for more than 3,000 people still missing after Wednesday’s devastating flash flood. Authorities are urging people and rescue workers in the Himalayan border district of Rasuwa to exercise caution as heavy rain continues and a newly formed barrier lake hampers rescue efforts.
