Roughly one-third of the South African population are beneficiaries of various forms of social grants. This is according to one of the papers that was published by the University of Johannesburg.
The Women's Report on Africa goes on further to state that these grants play an important role in ensuring that people are able to eat and obtain the most basic necessities. And a significant number of those recipients are women with disabilities.
We shine the spotlight on the economy inclusive of women with disabilities.
