SABC News has reliably learnt that Major-General Feroz Khan of Crime Intelligence has been re-admitted into a Johannesburg hospital.

Khan was subpoenaed to appear before the Madlanga Commission this week. He was also served with a further Rule 3 notice recently, and required to answer additional questions.
