Iceland braces for crucial EU referendum result | Morning Report

With partial results showing the "no" vote in a narrow lead in the knife-edge contest between supporters and opponents of EU integration, the country is bracing for the final result which could decide its future for years to come.

Russian forces have continued their days-long relentless bombardment of Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, overnight Saturday to Sunday. The Kyiv Independent reports that officials repeatedly issued air raid alerts throughout the night, and fires were reported across the city.

One of Russia's largest oil refineries, the Kirishi Petroleum Organic Synthesis plant in the Leningrad region, came under attack Saturday night and was set ablaze after being struck by the Ukrainian forces.
