COSATU General Secretary Solly Phetoe says the federation remains focused on rebuilding and strengthening its affiliated unions as it prepares for its 15th National Congress.

Phetoe was briefing the media on the outcomes and achievements of the labour union's Central Executive Committee (CEC) where leaders also raised concerns over the worsening socio-economic conditions facing South Africa's working class.
