Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Russia for talks with his close long-term ally and Russian counterpart, President Vladimir Putin. The meeting follows CIA director John Ratcliffe’s visit to Moscow, amid reports that the Kremlin could test NATO’s resolve through a limited attack on one of the Baltic states.
