Russia destroyed 90% of Ukraine’s warehouses | Ukraine Brief

Russian forces have continued to pummel Ukraine over the last 24 hours, with at least 12 people killed and over 70 wounded. This comes as the situation in Kherson is becoming increasingly dire. Russia has destroyed all energy-generating equipment at the Kherson Thermal Power Plant ahead of the heating season, raising serious concerns about the city’s ability to provide heat and electricity to residents this winter. Local authorities have now urged residents, especially families with children and the elderly, to leave the city for safer regions. As Ukraine faces near daily Russian strikes, President Zelenskyy on Thursday met with Moldovan President Maia Sandu in Chișinău, marking the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence.
