Deadly Russian strikes hit civilian targets in Ukraine

Russia intensified attacks across Ukraine, killing civilians and damaging homes and warehouses near Kyiv. In Kherson, a drone strike killed a 61-year-old man, while strikes destroyed the city’s remaining thermal plant equipment, prompting warnings of prolonged heating shortages.
