300 Mangaung Correctional Centre inmates to receive certificates for completing courses

Three hundred inmates from the Mangaung Correctional Centre will be issued with certificates for completing courses in the formal educational programme and Skills Development programme.

This is done to give recognition and acknowledgment to inmates who have completed various courses, and excelled in their academic performance.
