Today, attention turns to Mpumalanga taxi boss and transport mogul Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni, who is expected to appear before the Commission.

Sibanyoni has been issued a notice requiring him to respond to matters under investigation, including alleged links to criminal syndicates.
