Mugabe and co-accused to be sentenced

Judgment is expected to be delivered in the Bellarmine Mugabe case.
He and his co-accused Tobias Matonhodze have pleaded guilty to some of the charges.

Mugabe has admitted to being in South Africa illegally and to pointing a firearm.

The firearm charge relates to a separate incident that occurred two weeks before the shooting at the Mugabe residence in Hyde Park in February.

Matonhodze, has meanwhile pleaded guilty to attempted murder, defeating the ends of justice, contravening immigration laws and possession of ammunition.
