Nepali Army rescues 350 people trapped in tunnel during floods

At least 350 people were successfully rescued by the Nepali Army from a tunnel at a hydropower site after they were trapped by the devastating flood in Rasuwa district, said Nepal’s Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in a Facebook post on Friday (Aug 28). It added that troops are still gathering to safely evacuate more than 100 people trapped in the same tunnel. #nepal #nepalnews
