Police officer joins three others in murder case over Dr Victoria Mutiso’s killing

The police officer whom investigators allege pulled the trigger in the killing of Dr Victoria Mutiso has now joined three other suspects facing murder charges, as the case enters a new phase at the High Court in Milimani, Nairobi. Police Constable Elijah Kibelion Kimoi appeared before Justice Kanyi Kimondo alongside Rose Mbithe Mulwa alias Rose Mbithe Ndetei and her children Chris Mulwa and Angela Mulwa. The accused persons are expected to undergo a mental assessment before returning to court on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, for plea-taking.
