Kenya marks 16 years since the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution

President Ruto has called for accountability, challenging all institutions and citizens to exercise the liberties as provided for by law as Kenya marks 16 years of the current constitution. Speaking during the Katiba @ 16 national celebrations at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre, Nairobi, the Head of State further said the national conversation on how the country moves beyond Vision 2030 will be guided bythe constitution.
