*Former Hawks boss, Lieutenant-General Godfrey Lebeya, has denied allegations that the Hawks interfered in the operation to arrest alleged cartel member, Katiso 'KT' Molefe.
Lebeya has told the Madlanga Commission that he does not know Molefe, who is accused in the murder of Vereeniging engineer, Armand Swart.

*The MK Party has expelled two MPs, Dr Khanyisile Litchfield-Tshabalala, and Pumlani Kubukeli, with immediate effect.
It says they undermined its unity and organisational discipline.

*Westbury residents are calling for more support for vulnerable children, warning that excluding disruptive learners can push them towards gangs, drugs and gun violence.
They have also called for more youth programmes, skills training, and job opportunities during a Gauteng Provincial Legislature community safety meeting.

*Search and rescue teams in Nepal are still looking for survivors after a massive collapse of ice, mud and rock triggered a devastating flash flood.
More than 1,000 people are still missing, with at least 165 feared dead.

*The fraud and theft trial of SAFA President, Danny Jordaan, and four co-accused, will kick off on 27 November, pending Monday's High Court application on alleged delays.
