Lukoil halts production as Ukraine hits a key Russian oil refinery | Morning Report

RUSSIA LAUNCHES MAJOR STRIKE ON KYIV
Ukraine's capital Kyiv was rocked by a series of explosions early Thursday as Russian forces unleashed a barrage of ballistic missiles and drones across the country. Explosions were heard across the city as air raid alerts were reportedly sounded across much of the country.

NEPAL FLOODS: 160 DEAD, 1,000 MISSING
Search and rescue operations are ongoing in parts of Nepal and Tibet affected by destructive flash floods. Over 160 people were killed and over a thousand are still missing, over 50 of those missing are Ukrainian citizens.

LUKOIL PROCESSING HALTED AFTER UKRAINIAN DRONE STRIKE
Russia’s second-largest gasoline producer Lukoil has halted crude processing following Ukrainian drone strikes, with all major refineries currently offline. Ukraine targeted Lukoil's NORSI refinery in Kstovo, Russia's fourth-largest oil refinery, on Tuesday night.
