In its latest wave of deep strikes inside Russia, Ukraine has attacked a logistics facility and an oil refinery, located hundreds of kilometers from the frontline.
Russian strikes against Ukraine, meanwhile, have killed at least four people and wounded more than 100 over the last day.
Police in eastern Slovakia thwarted an alleged arson attempt on Tuesday, set to target a factory owned by the Ukrainian firm Skyeton that produces surveillance drones.
This comes as Ukraine reorganizes its forces in the Donetsk region into two new military formations, placing key areas of the defensive line under the command of two experienced Brigadier Generals.
To discuss this and more, Ukraine Brief’s host Benjamin Lee is joined by Volodymyr Dubovyk, Senior Fellow with the Center for European Policy Analysis.
