At least 18 people have been killed and nearly 400 remain missing after devastating flash floods hit parts of Nepal and Tibet. The Nepalese army says 88 people have been rescued, while search and rescue operations continue. The Bhote Koshi River overflowed, triggering massive flooding. Authorities warn of potentially heavy losses, with tourists from several countries, local residents, and guides still unaccounted for.
