Learner denied re-admission to the school after undergoing initiation during the winter season

Stakeholders, ordinary citizens, journalists and Gauteng Legislature workers have been denied entry at Cosmo City Secondary School, north of Johannesburg, ahead of a Gauteng COGTA Portfolio Committee oversight visit. The visit follows allegations that a learner was denied re-admission to the school after undergoing initiation during the winter season.
