Israel and Gaza mark 1,000 days of war

Israel and Gaza marking a thousand days since war started, following a Hamas attack on Oct 7, 2023. The situation remains volatile despite a US-brokered ceasefire last October. United Nations-related reports have alleged genocide and the deliberate targeting of children, which Israel denies. A humanitarian crisis is also deepening — more than 90% of around 2 million people in Gaza have been displaced and are staying in makeshift refugee camps. Dr Clemens Chay, Senior Fellow for Geopolitics at Observer Research Foundation Middle East, shared more about the Middle East crisis.
