Madlanga Commission | Taking stock of "Cat" Matlala's testimony on Day 167

On Tuesday, the Madlanga Commission learnt through evidence that alleged cartel member, Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala sent a three million Rands payment notification - detailing a payment from alleged tender kingpin, Hangwani Morgan Maumela to Agrippa Khoza - to the late businessman and taxi boss Jothan "Mswazi" Msibi.

Matlala was also questioned about his alleged links to Steven Motsumi, seen as one of the alleged "Big Five Cartel". Vusimuzi Matlala is expected to continue testimony later this morning.
