State of Mogale City Wastewater Treatment Works: Lucky Sele

Earlier on in the week we were joined by the Deputy Minister of Water and Sanitation Sello Seithlolo, who has reiterated the ailing state of the Mogale City Local Municipality's water resources. The department has issued a final administrative warning to the municipality following numerous counts of mismanagement of the operation and maintenance budget and failure in waste water management, this after allegations of raw sewage flowing into the Hartbeespoort dam and the cradle of human kind heritage site. Mogale City Mayor, Lucky Sele joins us to reply to these allegations.
