3 murder suspects in the death of Dr Victoria Mutiso to be charged

The three murder suspects in the case involving psychologist Dr Victoria Mutiso is set to kick off in the High Court on Thursday, after the prosecution gave the green light to formally charge the trio. Rose Mbithe Ndetei, her son Chris Mulwa, and her daughter Angela Mulwa will be charged with murder once their mental assessment results are available. The suspects, currently detained at the Kileleshwa Police Station, will appear before Justice Kanyi Kimondo, as the case involving the killing of Dr. Mutiso officially begins.
