Fraud Case | Nonyane and Tibana's bail hearing resumes tomorrow

Hawks investigating officer, Colonel Daniel Makuwa, has told the Polokwane Magistrate's Court in Limpopo that the lives of Tshwane Metro Police Department officer Peter Nonyane and his wife Charlotte Tibana may be endangered if they are granted bail.

Nonyane, affectionately known as Gagash, and his lawyer wife are facing charges of theft, corruption and money laundering.

They allegedly stole funds from three accounts of deceased people.
