One of the largest oil refineries in southern Russia came under Ukrainian attack overnight, with Russian air defenses failing to prevent drones from striking the facility, located nearly 350 kilometers from the frontline in the Krasnodar region.

Russian assaults on civilian areas across Ukraine have continued over the last day, claiming the lives of five people and wounding at least 90 more.

This comes as Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court ordered former Presidential Office deputy head Iryna Mudra into custody for two months, setting bail at roughly $450 thousand.

Meanwhile, United States CIA Director John Ratcliffe has reportedly arrived in Moscow for talks with Russian officials.
