Madlanga Commission | Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala hides behind lack of recollection on "Mswazi" chats

The Madlanga Commission has learnt through evidence that alleged cartel member, Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala sent a R3 million payment notification - detailing a payment from alleged tender kingpin, Hangwani Morgan Maumela to Agrippa Khoza - to the late businessman and taxi boss Jothan "Mswazi" Msibi.

Matlala, however, appeared to have no recollection of why he sent this document to Msibi.

A suggestion that did not appear to be plausible to the Madlanga Commission's bench.
